CAMP BETSEY COX 2009 DATES, RATES, & DISCOUNTS Two Weeks July 12 to July 25 $1785 Three Weeks (two options) June 21 to July 11 $2680 July 26 to August 15 $2680 Five Weeks – 2 and 3 weeks combined June 21 to July 25 $4465 (two options) July 12 to August 15 $4465 Eight Weeks June 21 to August 15 $7145 New campers may sign up for any session, or combination of sessions. EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT Enroll by December 31st, deduct 3% from each camper's tuition. Early Deposit is $400. Balance is due by March 1st. Both dates are post-mark dates. No reminder will be sent. REGULAR ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The regular deposit is $250 with the enrollment, half the balance is due June 1st, the remainder is due on arrival. Any discounts are taken after the $250 deposit. SIBLING DISCOUNTS Sibling discounts of 3% are offered to families sending brothers or sisters or combinations to the camps. Take 3%off EACH child's tuition. Separate checks should be written to Sangamon and Betsey Cox. BRING-A-FRIEND AWARD The camps offer a “finder's thank you” for families who bring a new camper family to either camp. The award is 5% of the new camper's tuition as a discount to the returning camper. This program is only available to returning camper families. Please write us a note to claim a discount. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made before March 15th will receive one-half the deposit and any additional payments back.
