| CAMP BETSEY COX 2012 DATES, RATES, & DISCOUNTS Session 1- Three Weeks June 24 to July 14 $3135 Session 2- Two Weeks July 15 to July 28 $2090 Session 3- Three Weeks July 29 to August 18 $3135 Session 1 & 2- Five Weeks June 24 to July 28 $5225 Session 2 & 3- Five Weeks July 15 to August 18 $5225 Session 1, 2 & 3- Eight Weeks June 24 to August 18 $8360 New campers may sign up for any session, or combination of sessions. EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT Enroll by December 31st, deduct 3% from each camper's tuition. Early Deposit is $400. Balance is due by March 1st. Both dates are post-mark dates. No reminder will be sent, so please mark your calendars. REGULAR ENROLLMENT The regular deposit is $250 with the enrollment, half the balance is due June 1st, the remainder is due on arrival. SIBLING DISCOUNTS Sibling discounts of 3% are offered to families sending brothers or sisters or combinations to the camps. Take 3% off EACH child's tuition. Separate checks should be written to Camp Sangamon and Camp Betsey Cox. Special 5 for 5! *5% DISCOUNT FOR SISTERS COMING 5 WEEKS in 2012* This season, Betsey Cox will be offering a 5% sibling discount for each girl to families with two sisters coming to BC for five weeks. The regular sibling discount 3% will be in place at Sangamon if there is also a brother in the mix! BRING-A-FRIEND AWARD The camps offer a “finder's thank you” for returning camp families who bring a new family to Betsey Cox. The award is $150 for each new family you recruit to join us. We also offer a $100 “thank you” if you refer a family with boys to our brother camp, Sangamon. This program is only available to returning camper families. Please write us a note or give us a call to claim this discount! REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made before March 15th will receive one-half the deposit and any additional payments back. After that date and before May 1st, only additional payment is returned. If there is a cancellation or a reduction in session length requested after May 1st, no payments will be refunded for the missing time. |
